Services

AlpineOps provides website design, development, and digital presence management services for local businesses. Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis as outlined in your service agreement.

Service Agreement

All service plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice, with no early-termination fee. Specific terms, including pricing and service levels, are outlined in your individual service agreement.

Payment Timing

The one-time build fee is due at signing. Your first monthly payment is due when your site goes live, and monthly billing continues from that date. Plans with no build fee owe nothing at signing; billing simply begins at launch.

Factual corrections to your site are always free. Minor updates such as swapping in your photos, adding staff names, adjusting hours, and copy tweaks are included in your build fee through your first month of service. Larger projects, such as new pages, redesigns, online booking, or additional locations, are quoted in writing before any work begins, typically $150-$500 depending on scope.

Intellectual Property

All original content, images, and copy you provide remain your property. Website designs and code created as part of our services are provided for your use under your active subscription.
